Dear Olivier,
Me and my companion came to your restaurant this evening to have a lovely onion soup that we got recommended, and appears to be the first course on the menu on your website. As we ordered from your printed menu it seemed not to exist, neither were you able to deliver it on request. Anyways, we had a lovely avocado spinach soup and totally enjoyed the experience! The service from the whole crew was excellent. We are very pleased with the management.
The night and all in all experience was a true turn off as moments before we were leaving your restaurant a RAT ran through your dining space. Our reactions were of natural shock. For us, mice, rats or whatever animals in proper kitchen circumstances are not coherent. We thank you for the attention and the courtesy champagne that you offered us as a small compensation. We apologize if there were any misunderstandings with the crew regarding our complaints. Still, we want to make it clear that the animal issue is totally unacceptable. There seems to be a problem in the restaurant's infrastructure.
It is irrelevant to claim that there might be rodents in several restaurants in Paris. We never visit restaurants with uninvited pets.
We would appreciate a respectful response to this call.
Best regards,
Sebastian Jansson
